Blue Flower

We want to create a member only website where only members can access the services in the website. Whether you are creating a general website or our payment gateway, this tutorial will help you. Follow the steps below to really do this easily.

1. Step 1 is to download the StretchGO PHP SDK file and place it in a folder inside your public_html of server. I will call mine StretchGO_SDK. This file has been written as a wrapper of all the "tools" and "features" that you will need in your web development endeavors. It makes your work easy and solves almost anything that you need: Be it Online payment gateway integration, Mobile payment gateways integration, form submission, sql querries, Database management etc.

2. Use your HTML document  and write the HTML form code below inside the body.

<!---begin your form --->

<!-- end your form ---->

 Inside the form HTML tags, let us have the form fields.

<!---- we need a field to enter the First name . This is actually a text field----->

<input type="text" name="fname" placeholder ="First name">

Add another field of text type to be entered the Second name of the users who are registering.

<input type="text" name="lname" placeholder ="Last name">

 Add other fields for username, pass, and confirm password.

<input type="text" name="username" placeholder ="username">

<input type="text" name="email" placeholder ="email">

<input type="password" name="password" placeholder ="Password">

<input type="password" name="confirmpass" placeholder ="Confirm password">

 It is now time to have our have our submit button.

<input type="submit" name="register" value ="Register">

 Lastly, let us have a method and an action.

Method will determine how we will process the data.

Action will determine where the data will be processed.

On the opening form tag, change it to:

<form action="<?php echo htmlspecialchars($_SERVER["PHP_SELF"]);?>" method ="POST">

 Note: We are submitting the form to the same page and thus, we need the StretchGO php sdk in there.

At the top of the HTML document, enter below:

require_once 'StretchGO_SDK/StretchGOPHPSDK.php';

<!---- your html opening tag is below and HTML code runs downloads --->

 Finally, inside he head tags, add as below:

 <script type="text/JavaScript" src="/StretchGO_SDK/js/sha512.js"></script>
<script type="text/JavaScript" src="/StretchGO_SDK/js/forms.js"></script>

Let us now add a Javascript event on the register button. We chose OnClick.

onclick="formhash(this.form, this.form.password);" />

Save your work as signup.php

Test it now. StretchGO PHP SDK does the rest and you should now start seeing some progress. Next is found in Lesson 3.
